Return Process

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Hestan products in their original packaging.

  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed to avoid transit delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
